Conducting and monitoring actions to ensure flexibility in processes, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring that work is done in a risk-free environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
- Coordinate and develop new processes.
- Development of prototypes and new products for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure support from areas of responsibility.
- Follow-up to ISO 9001 standards.
- Participation in continuous improvement teams in their assigned area.
- Participation in the preparation of FMEAS, Control Plan.
- Development and Implementation of Fixtures in the work areas.
- Development of Lay Out for new processes and installation.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Industrial Engineering and/or Manufacturing
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in position.
- Progressive die press.
- Reading and Interpreting Plans
- Design of Prototypes of Machinery and Tools.
COMPETENCIES:
- MS Office
- SAP
- SolidWorks
- English proficiency: conversational and written
