JOB PORPUSE

Lead strategic manufacturing projects from planning through execution, ensuring achievement of cost, quality, productivity, capacity, and schedule objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver manufacturing expansion, automation, NPI, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead manufacturing projects, New Product Introduction (NPI), production transfers, and capacity expansion initiatives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Manage project risks, scope changes, priorities, and escalations.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and financial targets are achieved.
- Lead project review meetings with local and integral stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing lines, equipment, and technologies.
- Monitor and report project KPIs and performance metrics.
- Present executive-level updates to leadership teams and customers.

Education Required

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Operations Management, or Project Management.

Experience

- 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
