We’re looking for a collections leader with experience in automotive finance or fintech to manage internal teams and coordinate external agencies.

Your impact

- Lead the internal team and oversee external collection agencies.
- Develop strategies to recover overdue accounts and improve cash flow.
- Track recovery, cost, and agency performance metrics.
- Manage complex cases and negotiations.
- Ensure ethical practices and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

What you bring?

- Experience leading collections teams and managing external agencies.
- Financial services experience; automotive finance or fintech experience is preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Strong leadership, analytical,



and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of responsible collections practices and applicable regulations.
