We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to step into the role of Logistics (Inventory, Assets) Manager for LATAM.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collaborating with local teams and stakeholders across different countries in Latin America to ensure consistent and standardized inventory and asset management practices.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and customs requirements related to inventory management, asset tracking, and financial reporting in each country within the LATAM region.
- Understanding and adapting to cultural differences and business practices prevalent in each country or region.
- Promoting a cohesive and unified approach to inventory and assets management.
- Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy, manage stock movements, and keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock with the help of direct/indirect reports.




- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records comply.
- Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
- Responsibility for department budget.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

? Requirements

- Language Proficiency: English Level B2.
- Schedule & Availability: Full schedule flexibility & availability to work on-site when required.
- Education: Formal Education (Industrial, Information Technology Administration, or Systems Engineering degree is highly desired).
- Specific Knowledge & Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in how to interact with Microsoft Windows Operative Systems.
- Basic Internet tools.
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge in Smartsheet and Monday.com.
- Proficient in standard logistics software.
- Data analysis.
