Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NL. This role is responsible for coordinating daily freight movements, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments, and updating internal systems to ensure accurate status visibility.

The Logistics

Specialist will communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, manage exceptions, and ensure service commitments are met. Day-to-day tasks include handling documentation for domestic and export shipments, verifying compliance with company procedures,



and supporting supply chain workflows from order entry through delivery. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and contributing to an efficient, safety-focused logistics operation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret shipment data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export procedures to manage freight flows and documentation effectively.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and standard office applications.
- Relevant experience in trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Holtville, CA, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
