Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective guests and potential clients to promote events and generate bookings.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads and interested prospects to encourage event reservations.
- Identify potential opportunities and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Communicate event details, answer questions, and address potential guests' concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and booking status.
- Meet established sales targets, call volume expectations, and booking goals.




- Work closely with the Events Team to support event promotion and maximize attendance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Preferable experience with Oracle, notebook, Splash Bi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- English level C1 is a must
- Job location at reforma CDMX. Monday to friday 100% Onsite
