At Lean Solutions Group, we're looking for a Carrier Sales Trainer to join our Training & Development team!
We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience in Carrier Sales and a passion for developing talent. In this role, you’ll help build high-performing teams by delivering practical training, strengthening sales skills, and ensuring employees are ready to succeed in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What will you do?
- Train Carrier Sales teams on carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and capacity procurement.
- Train employees on carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and capacity procurement.
- Develop training materials and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide coaching and identify opportunities for improvement.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Carrier Sales.
- 1+ year of experience in Training, Coaching,
or Onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and carrier relationship management.
- Experience with TMS and Load Boards.
- Background in 3PL, Freight Brokerage, or Transportation.
