We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Accounting Manager to lead the finance and accounting operations for a U.S.-based company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the accounting team.
- Manage the complete monthly financial close process.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Manage job costing, Work in Progress (WIP), and billing processes.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
- Improve accounting procedures and operational efficiency.
- Communicate financial results directly to U.S. leadership.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager, including team leadership.
- Advanced English (fluent, written and spoken) – Required.
- Experience managing full monthly accounting close processes.




- Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with Foundation Software or similar ERP systems.
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Valid passport and availability to travel to California quarterly and attend annual U.S. training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
