Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Define and implement software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and features.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.




- Drive innovation in software development technologies and methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proved experience in leading software development teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and software architecture patterns.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
