About the Role

Our client, a distinguished leader in the Servicios Inmobiliarios sector, is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director de Propiedades Residenciales to oversee their residential portfolio in Hermosillo, Sonora . This senior management position is responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and financial performance of the company's residential properties. The adecuado candidate will possess extensive experience in property management, asset management, market analysis, and team leadership within the residential real estate domain. You will be tasked with maximizing property value, enhancing tenant satisfaction, driving occupancy rates, and identifying new acquisition or development opportunities. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve outstanding results in the competitive Hermosillo market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the management and growth of the residential property portfolio.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers and support staff.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to optimize rental income and property values.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and development opportunities within the residential sector.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in residential property management and asset management. Proven track record of successfully managing large residential portfolios and achieving financial targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of the Sonora real estate market, specifically Hermosillo . Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with property management software and real estate technologies. Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
