About the Role

Our client, a well-established network of early learning centers, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for their Preschool Programs. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for young children, focusing on cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong foundation in early childhood pedagogy, curriculum development, and staff leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing educational activities, mentoring teachers, fostering positive relationships with families, and maintaining a safe and enriching learning environment. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and assessment of preschool educational programs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to preschool teachers and support staff.
- Ensure the curriculum is engaging, age-appropriate, and meets developmental standards.
- Monitor classroom environments to ensure they are safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning.
- Conduct regular observations of teaching staff and provide constructive feedback and professional development.
- Serve as a liaison between teachers, parents, and administration, promoting open communication.
- Manage classroom resources and materials effectively.
- Implement and enforce school policies and procedures,



including health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new teaching staff.
- Champion a positive and collaborative school culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in early childhood education, including significant experience in a teaching role and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of preschool curriculum development and effective teaching methodologies.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of educators.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in parent engagement and communication strategies.
- Familiarity with educational technology and resources.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX .
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education are preferred.
