About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Gerente de Desarrollo de Programas de Impacto Social to lead initiatives from conception through execution in the vibrant region of Cancún, Quintana Roo . This leadership role is critical for identifying unmet social needs and designing scalable programs that create lasting positive change. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in social entrepreneurship, program design, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for sustainable development. You will be responsible for securing funding, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the effective delivery of programs that enhance community well-being. Key Responsibilities

- Identify social needs and opportunities for program development in collaboration with community leaders and stakeholders.
- Design comprehensive program strategies, including goals, objectives, activities, and evaluation metrics.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including proposal writing and donor relations, to secure necessary funding.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with local government, NGOs, and private sector entities.
- Oversee program implementation, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact.
- Manage and mentor a team of program officers and coordinators.
- Represent the organization at conferences,



meetings, and public events to promote its mission and programs.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in social impact and sustainable development.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program development and management, with a focus on social impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and securing grants from diverse sources.
- Strong understanding of social and environmental issues relevant to developing regions, particularly in areas like tourism and conservation.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience with remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed, though the role is primarily remote.
