Our client is seeking a highly experienced Gerente Senior de Finanzas y Control to oversee financial operations in Acapulco, Guerrero, MX . Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and operational plans.

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and internal controls.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience working in a hybrid model, managing both remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Fluent in Spanish; strong English proficiency is required.
