About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Gerente Senior de Relaciones con Inversionistas to manage its communications with the financial community in Chihuahua, Chihuahua . This critical role involves developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, strategic direction, and value proposition to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. The idóneo candidate will possess strong financial knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of capital markets. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the company's reputation and credibility with investors, contributing significantly to its overall financial strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
- Manage all communications with the investment community, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
- Prepare investor presentations, press releases, and other financial communications.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and analyst coverage.
- Provide feedback from the investment community to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant securities regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key investors, analysts, and financial media.
- Support the CFO and executive team in all investor-related activities.




- Contribute to the company's overall financial strategy and corporate communications efforts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA or CFA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or a related financial field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing investor communications and building relationships within the financial community.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in addressing large groups.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the Chihuahua region or a strong understanding of the local market is beneficial.
