About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing analytics firm, is seeking a strategic and analytical Gerente de Inteligencia de Negocios to lead their business intelligence efforts. This role, based in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí , will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive critical business decisions. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and strategy development, with proven experience in leading BI projects and teams. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Lead and mentor a team of business intelligence analysts.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Stay updated on the latest BI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics,



Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading teams and managing projects.
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with the business landscape of San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí is an advantage.
