About the Role

Our client is a leading developer and operator of renewable energy projects, committed to accelerating the transition to a sustainable energy future. We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Renewable Energy Project Manager for a fully remote position. This role will lead the end-to-end management of large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The adecuado candidate possesses extensive experience in managing complex energy projects, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and markets. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete lifecycle of renewable energy projects, including development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage relationships with clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the company's project pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental,



and permitting requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex renewable energy projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and development processes.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP certification, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage distributed teams effectively in a remote setting.
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
