Position Objective

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions simultaneously, ensuring the identification, assessment, and presentation of qualified candidates within established timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client intake meetings to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and job boards.
- Proactively source candidates through headhunting, Linked In, and other professional platforms.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Assess candidates' competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from all stakeholders.
- Manage multiple vacancies across different industries simultaneously.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and placement targets.
- Prepare and deliver recruitment progress reports.

Candidate RequirementsEducation

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or talent consulting firm.
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting across different industries is highly desirable.

Languages

- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to conduct basic interviews and communicate with clients and candidates.
