Soft Collections Representative – Firstsource

Location: Torre Cuarzo, Reforma, Mexico City (on-site only)

Start Date: November 17th

Schedule:

- Service window: Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Your specific schedule will be assigned within this window.
- Days off: Sunday + 1 weekday.

Salary & Benefits:

- $16,000 MXN gross monthly salary, paid biweekly.
- $1,600 MXN monthly food vouchers.

Requirements:

- Advanced English (verbal and written).
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- At least 6 months of collections experience.
- Good computer skills.
- Commute of 70 minutes or less to the worksite.

Responsibilities:

- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Discuss account situations and offer appropriate payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and exceptional customer service.
- Meet performance and quality standards.
