We're looking for an experienced Legal Case Manager to join our team in Guadalajara.

In this role, you'll work with U.S.-based law firms, helping manage legal cases, coordinate documents, track deadlines, and communicate with clients and attorneys. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple cases at once.

Previous legal experience is required.

What You'll Do

- Manage and monitor legal cases, keeping records and documentation organized and up to date.
- Track case progress, deadlines, pending documents, and follow-up tasks.
- Communicate with clients and attorneys in English to request information and provide case updates.
- Coordinate legal documentation and gather information needed to move cases forward.
- Follow established procedures to ensure cases are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed case notes and update case management systems.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and pending actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep case workflows moving smoothly.
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

- Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written.
- Previous experience as a Legal Case Manager or in a similar legal position.
- Experience working with U.S.-based law firms and handling legal cases or matters.




- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and case management processes.
- Excellent organizational and case-tracking skills.
- Professional communication skills when working with clients and attorneys.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling legal documents.
- Comfortable using case management systems and multiple computer tools.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara.
