We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients at a law firm. This role plays a critical part in the legal process by evaluating potential cases, gathering essential information, and ensuring a smooth transition from intake to the legal team.
As the gateway to the firm, you will combine strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to assess case viability and provide an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for new potential clients.
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant case details.
- Evaluate case eligibility based on firm criteria.
- Accurately document and organize all client information within firm systems.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Coordinate closely with attorneys to ensure seamless case transfer.
- Provide ongoing communication to clients during the intake stage.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday (SPGG)
