As our new IT Support Engineer you will be crucialfor maintaining business continuity by providing technical assistance to users,managing systems and networks, and ensuring that IT infrastructure is stableand secure. The role contributes directly to the company’s operationalefficiency and security by managing the systems that employees rely on daily.

As Cloud, Security &Applications; administrator, this role is responsible for the day-to-dayadministration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s cloudservices, endpoints, identity environment, cybersecurity platforms and businessapplications. The role supports users remotely across Peru, Mexico, the USA and occasionally otherglobal locations.

Key Performance Outputs:

1. Cloud Productivity: Identity lifecycle and collaboration, troubleshooting.
2. Cybersecurity Operations Support : Security monitoring, incident triage, compliance evidence.
3. Endpoint and Device Management: device management, d eployment and compliance, Endpoint health.
4. Cloud Services, Automation and Reporting
5. Service Delivery, Documentation and Improvement
6. Business Applications and SaaS Administration : SaaS administration, Applications in scope, Access governance

Requirements

Education and Qualification:





- Bachelor's Degree in SystemsEngineering, Information Technology Engineering, Computational SystemsEngineering, Computer Science or similar.
- Cloud certifications are advantageous.
- 3–5 years’ experience in ITadministration, enterprise cloud productivity services, endpoint management,SaaS application support, cloud support or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprisecloud productivity and collaboration suites, cloud identity platforms, modernendpoint management tools, identity and access management, endpoint securityand remote user support.
- Fluent English and Spanish

Technical Skills:

- Cloud Productivity Suite Administration
