Responsible for executing end-to-end business analysis across digital projects, supporting the definition of requirements, creating functional documentation, and tracking the implementation of AI-driven automation, analytics, and digital channel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead process analysis and mapping, workflow and user story definition, as well as the evaluation and validation of functional and non-functional requirements for digital, Artificial Intelligence, and automation solutions.
- Support As-Is / To-Be process analysis and gap identification to enable operational transformation.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with technical, product, data, and information security teams, as well as external AI technology vendors.
- Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across active projects.
- Prioritize transformation initiatives and contribute to strategic roadmap definitions.
- Support operational stakeholder management and change management across business units.
- Document end-to-end processes and technical solution implementations.
- Oversee pilots and deployments for AI solutions (including GenAI, Agentic AI, and Chatbots), RPA, and advanced analytics.
- Build business cases and commercial proposals based on core business transformation initiatives.
- Measure solution adoption, benefit realization, operational efficiency gains, and financial impact generated by transformation initiatives.

- Professional Experience:2+ years of experience in roles related to digital solutions for process improvement or business transformation (e.g., Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar). Experience in technology companies or tech business units is preferred.




- 1+ years in formal project management functions, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Project & Technical Scope:Proven experience working on digital solution implementations or automation projects.
- Practical experience or exposure to applying AI and automation technologies to business processes (preferred).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Proven ability to interact, bridge gaps, and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business units.

Technical skills

- Basic to intermediate BPMN process modeling.
- Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with documentation and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Visio).
- Understanding of technology architecture, AI, automation, and RPA.
- Applied AI use-case identification and design using Design Thinking, UX for digital solutions, and user-centered research methodologies.
- Education and specific training Minimum B2 English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Master's degree or Specialization in Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation (preferred, not mandatory).
- Scrum / Agile Certification (preferred).
- Data Management: Intermediate Excel and basic Business Intelligence (BI) proficiency (minimum requirement).
- Formal training in process analysis and modeling (BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma) (preferred).
- Introductory coursework or training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Natural Language Processing (NLP) (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
- Practical understanding of AI architectures, model training, QA testing, and AI-driven solution design.
