You will provide first-level support via phone, chat, and email, document interactions, and guide users through procedures to reach solutions.This remote contractor role includes paid training, a Monday–Friday schedule (11:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern), and a strong emphasis on clear English communication.
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
