- Review and ensure the timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions, including accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and journal entries, supported by appropriate documentation and maintained within ERP.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with corporate reporting requirements.
- Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain strong financial controls and data integrity.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting processes, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and periodic reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




- Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate financial information, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of audit requests and findings.Perfil buscado- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- Advanced conversational English (non-negotiable).
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience within multinational organizations, including direct leadership of teams of 4+ employees.
- Strong experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting and compliance.
- Proven experience leading and coordinating internal and external audits.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
