Following up the procurement process to ensure the in time delivery4 Creating/Changing or arranging creation/change of test software as well as designing test circuits in agreement with the affected partners5 Set up and verification of new test equipment in domestic plant or abroad as well as arrangement and execution of user trainings6 Create and update all relevant documentation7 Executing in monitoring of the used test equipment in the running production and laboratory as well as suggestion and implementation of improvement / cost reduction action (continuous improvement)8 Involvement in the processing of customer claims and production difficulties in agreement with e.

quality department, production, laboratory9 Daily direct support to production and laboratory for failure analysis, maintenance, repair and calibration of test equipment and test software together with internal and external partnersB Projecting1 Participate in project teams for any kind of product / product family related cost improvementsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS3 to 5 years of experience in automotive lighting manufacturing (headlamps and taillamps).
Expertise in test equipment technologies, including light intensity, electrical current validation, coding, and functional testing.Hands-on experience with End-of-Line (EOL), Blackbox, and Mateo testing systems.Strong knowledge of test parameter definition, process validation, quality standards, and MPY/performance monitoring.Advanced English proficiency with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.FORVIA HELLA stands for the variety of all employees.
