You will conduct outreach via calls and emails, document commitments, and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure accurate payments and reconciliations, prepare aging reports, and support audits.
Experience with SAP/Oracle and intermediate Excel skills are required.
