Responsibilities
Assist Data Management Study Lead with eCRF maintenance and data validation specifications
Manage clinical and third-party data reconciliation based on edit specifications
Track and communicate study and task metrics to clinical data scientist and project team
Address data-related questions and recommend potential solutions
Identify root causes and systematically resolve data issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or relevant field
Intermediate clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
Proficiency with data management software such as Medidata or Oracle RDC
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and ICH-GCP standards (preferred)
