Lead regulatory team and manage cluster-level projects across assigned markets
Develop and execute regulatory strategies for product lifecycles and authorizations
Manage direct reports performance, coaching, development, and workload planning
Coordinate marketing authorization applications and respond to regulatory authority queries
Represent regulatory function on cross-functional teams and advise on compliance matters
Requirements
Extensive regulatory affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry
Proven team leadership and people management capabilities
Deep knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements
Strategic planning and project management expertise
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience with marketing authorization and clinical trial submissions
