- Responsible for leading strategic procurement activities to ensure material availability, supplier performance, and cost competitiveness.
- This role drives sourcing strategies, supplier development, risk mitigation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to support business objectives and operational excellence.
- Ensure timely material availability through effective purchase order and supplier management.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and support supply continuity.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance based on delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost metrics.
- Lead supplier negotiations, long-term agreements, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain procurement procedures, sourcing methodologies, and supplier evaluation frameworks.

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through supplier assessments, capacity evaluations,



and dual-source strategies.
- Analyze procurement KPIs and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) and long-term supply planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational and organizational goals.

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience performing duties and responsibilities equivalent to the level of the position being applied for.
- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Customer service oriented.
- Knowledge of SAP, Plex, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge (preferred).
