Technical Training

Instructor 2 Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation.

Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material. 2 Yrs experience Develops and/or approves content, methods,



and materials for training staf f and may conduct courses.

Develops methods for evaluation of program ef fectiveness. Typical responsibilities may include development and delivery of programs, such as new employee orientation, performance management and/or organizational development training. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the eficient operation of the function.

Perfil: Profesionista egresado de carrera administrativa o Técnica Habilidades de Comunicacion Experiencia en uso de herramientas computacionales Experiencia en área de manufactura deseable.

Experiencia en área de mejora continua deseable.
