Vagon streams high-performance cloud computers and applications to any device through the browser for use by Human or AI agents. We are a small team, so every engineer owns problems end to end.
The roleYou are the first technical contact for our users. You will take tickets and chats, reproduce problems, and resolve what you can. When a problem is deeper than the tools in your hands, you escalate to the service teams with a clean write-up: what the user saw, what you tried, what you found. Over time you turn repeat issues into help-center articles and product feedback.
You
- 1+ years in technical support, helpdesk or a customer-facing technical role, ideally for a SaaS product
- Comfortable with Windows and basic networking: you can read a connection log, explain latency, and tell a client-side problem from a server-side one
- Clear,
calm & fully proficient English; you can explain a technical issue to a non-technical user and a user issue to an engineer
- Methodical: you reproduce before you guess, and you document what you did
- Know when to stop and escalate, and how to hand off so nobody has to ask the user twice
Bonus: experience with remote desktop or game-streaming tools, GPU-heavy creative or engineering software (Unreal, Blender, Revit, SolidWorks), Zendesk or Intercom, basic SQL or log tooling.
