About the job:

As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for designing custom travel itineraries that cater to each client’s unique needs and preferences. This role requires creativity, independent decision-making, and the ability to work directly with key partners to craft fully personalized trips within Mexico.

Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in creating and selling extraordinary travel experiences. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, while delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Input request-related information into the CRM system.

● Meet response deadlines for all new inquiries.

● Design custom itineraries based on clients’ specific needs and desires.

● Maintain prompt and clear communication with clients throughout the process.

● Manage the trip planning process,



including securing payments and coordinating logistics.

● Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless travel execution and top-tier customer experiences.

● Report any issues or incidents to management before or during the client’s trip

About you:

● Fully Fluent in English (99% of clients' interactions are in English!).

● Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with Google Suite, CRM systems, and other digital tools.

● Knowledgeable about Mexico: You have a strong understanding of the country’s key cities, sights, and attractions, with 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Your Availability & Flexibility.

Our travel experiences require a high level of responsiveness and personalized support, particularly while clients are traveling. You must be comfortable being reachable and responding promptly to client needs outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. This role requires flexibility, ownership, and the ability to manage unexpected situations to ensure a seamless client experience throughout each trip.

While this is not a traditional 24/7 role, availability beyond regular working hours is an essential part of the position, especially during active client trips.
