What You'll Do
✅ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
✅ Support and monitor corporate governance processes.
✅ Manage and maintain legal documentation and records.
✅ Assist with personal data protection and privacy matters.
✅ Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Law.
✔ Experience in corporate legal departments or corporate law practice.
✔ Advanced English proficiency.
✔ Knowledge of contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
