This position is for our joint venture in Mexico.

Responsibilities：

- Be responsible for the daily operation and management of platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Walmart.
- Be responsible for product listing and optimization (title, keywords, images, descriptions, etc.), to increase exposure and conversion rate. Have basic listing optimization skills (keyword awareness, conversion rate improvement awareness).
- Follow the entire order process (shipping, logistics tracking, exception handling), to ensure timely fulfillment rate.
- Handle customer after-sales issues (consultation, complaints, returns and exchanges), to improve store ratings and user satisfaction.
- Regularly analyze sales data, traffic data and competitor situations, and propose optimization strategies.
- Cooperate with marketing activities (promotions, discounts, advertising placement, etc.), to increase sales and store weight.
- Collaborate with the warehousing, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure stable inventory and shipping.




- Follow platform policy changes and promptly adjust operation strategies to reduce violation risks.
- Learn to use the company's ERP system (company provides training)

Requirements：

- More than 2 years of experience in e-commerce platform operation, familiar with the operation processes of platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop or Walmart. Those with experience in Mercado Libre and Amazon operations will be given priority.
- Familiar with the entire e-commerce operation process, including but not limited to: listing, pricing, inventory management, shipping, after-sales service, returns, etc.
- University degree, with a preference for international trade and marketing majors.
- Proficient in using Excel, familiar with common functions (such as VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.), and possessing basic data analysis skills.
- Skilled in basic image processing and optimization using Canva or similar tools.
- Candidates with basic English proficiency will be given priority.
