audette is looking for a Creative Content & Production Manager based in Mexico City, working closely with our Creative Director.

We are looking for someone with a strong fashion perspective, a confident eye for styling and proven experience producing photo and video shoots. You will develop concepts within the brand's creative vision and take ownership of their execution, from moodboards to final delivery.

This is a hands-on role combining creative development, production and your own photography and video work. You will create a consistent flow of imagery, from larger shoots to spontaneous content made with a small setup or an iPhone.

Your role

• Develop concepts, visual research and moodboards for approval by the Creative Director.
• Manage a monthly content calendar, delivering new photos and videos every week.
• Organize shoots from start to finish: teams, casting, locations, schedules, logistics and deliverables.
• Source and brief photographers, videographers, models and other collaborators, maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Coordinate remote shoots with local teams and creative collaborators, from briefing to final delivery.
• Build looks and source clothing, accessories and props, coordinating loans, fittings and returns.
• Oversee styling, lighting, framing and visual consistency on set, following the approved creative direction.




• Manage an allocated monthly production budget, negotiate rates and track spending.
• Independently photograph and film content between larger productions, including styling, product details, behind-the-scenes and short-form video.
• Edit and retouch your own work, coordinate external post-production and deliver finished assets for social media, the website and digital campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to understand what resonates and inform future content.

• Organized, resourceful and autonomous, comfortable managing collaborators, deadlines and budgets.

• Based in Mexico City, with a good knowledge of its creative scene. An existing local network is a plus.
