What You’ll Do As a PMO Consultant, you’ll drive end-to-end project management support for a large-scale site expansion portfolio, while ensuring the structured closure of a high-visibility project. Your role will be critical in maintaining governance, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic environment. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
• Implement and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and documentation in line with established standards.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely identification and mitigation.
• Coordinate project meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and resources, preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making.




• Identify opportunities for process improvement, document lessons learned, and support project closure activities. Who You Are You’re a results-driven, analytical professional with a knack for managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Your profile
includes:
• 6-8 years in PMO, project coordination, or consulting, preferably in aerospace.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware or Jira.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• You propose solutions and seek efficiency. You are capable to anticipate and overcome challenges.
