Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical components and systems for industrial cooling solutions.
Perform thermal analysis, fluid dynamics simulations (CFD), and structural analysis (FEA) to validate designs.
Develop and optimize heat exchanger designs, fan systems, and pumping mechanisms.
Create detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective for production.
Conduct prototype testing and validation, analyzing results and making necessary design modifications.




Provide technical support to the sales and service teams regarding product capabilities and performance.
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on thermal systems or fluid dynamics.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
Experience with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL) for thermal and fluid analysis.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer principles, and fluid mechanics.
Experience with material selection for industrial applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical information clearly.
