About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join their IT infrastructure team in Mexicali, Baja California . This critical role involves designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions. You will work with the latest cloud technologies to support the company's digital transformation initiatives and ensure optimal performance of our cloud environments. This is an on-site position, fostering direct collaboration and innovation within the team in Mexicali . The idóneo candidate possesses deep expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure management, and a strong understanding of enterprise IT needs.
Key Responsibilities Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Develop strategies for cloud migration, implementation, and ongoing management.
Define and enforce cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud technologies and services.
Evaluate and recommend new cloud services and technologies to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure documentation and diagrams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.




Stay current with cloud computing trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture, with at least 5 years focused on cloud solutions.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
In-depth knowledge of cloud networking, security, storage, and compute services.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, suitable for an on-site role in Mexicali, Baja California .
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.
