About our client: A leading third-party asset management firm in the northeastern United States specializes in the professional management of condominium and homeowners associations. As a Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for: Manage customer accounts throughout the full lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, customer service, and resolution of outstanding client issues.
Oversee total accounts receivable (AR) and prepare Aging Reports for multiple clients.
Gather and analyze necessary data to support management in making account-specific decisions.
Prepare account information for sale documents (specific duties vary depending on team alignment within the department).
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Standard time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mexico City time
Daylight saving: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Mexico City time
This is a remote position, in case you get selected you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
