Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.
Conduct research on new ML algorithms and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
Develop and implement strategies for model monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of AI strategy and roadmap for the organization.




Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Ensure ethical considerations and data privacy are integrated into all ML development processes.
Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in developing and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and associated ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and lifecycle management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within a hybrid work setting in Ciudad Juárez.
Experience working with large datasets and implementing data preprocessing techniques.
