Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and expand the customer base in the financial sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client engagement.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Present and demonstrate financial products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.





Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client interactions to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and sales methodologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

Reside within commuting distance of Naucalpan, State of Mexico .
