Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns for sports events.

Coordinate intern schedules, tasks, and responsibilities during event preparation and execution.

Serve as a point of contact for interns, addressing their queries and providing support.

Help organize training sessions and orientation programs for interns.

Assist in monitoring intern performance and providing feedback.

Support the event management team with logistical tasks as needed.

Maintain accurate records related to the internship program.





Contribute to the evaluation of the internship program's effectiveness.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.

Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.

A genuine interest in the Ocio y Deportes industry and event management.

Willingness to work on-site in Puebla, Puebla, MX for key coordination activities and events.

Familiarity with internship program coordination is a plus.
