Uber Freight is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing & Account Manager based in Mexico City to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and prompt payment on customer accounts. You will maintain up-to-date records, manage accessorial requests, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues.
You will compile weekly account summaries for supervisors, escalate unresponsive customers, and own assigned accounts end-to-end.
