Java Tech Lead (Spring Boot + AWS) at BairesDev
In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers building cloud-based services, staying hands-on in code while guiding technical decisions. You'll be a clear communicator who helps the team deliver with confidence.
What You'll Do Lead the technical direction of Java and Spring Boot services.
Review code and guide engineers on best practices.
Design and run cloud-based services on AWS.
Work with data and streaming services such as DynamoDB, Aurora, and Kinesis.




Share technical decisions clearly with teammates and stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience building production applications with Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on work with AWS services such as ECS, Fargate, Kinesis, DynamoDB, or Aurora.
Background reviewing code and guiding technical decisions for a team.
Strong communication skills.
Advanced level of English.
