Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to determine client needs.
Administer a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and anti-aging therapies.
Operate and maintain advanced skincare equipment (e.g., microdermabrasion, LED therapy, chemical peels).
Develop personalized skincare plans and recommend appropriate products for home use.
Educate clients on skin health, product ingredients, and treatment protocols.
Maintain accurate client records and track progress.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.




Ensure a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment room and with all equipment.
Requirements Proven experience as an Esthetician or Skincare Specialist, with at least 5 years of experience.
Certification or license in Esthetics from a recognized institution.
In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions.
Proficiency in performing advanced facial treatments and using various skincare technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of product ingredients and their effects on the skin.
Professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality and luxury.
Knowledge of spa software for booking and client management is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is highly desirable for an international clientele in **Cancún**.
