Description and Requirements About the Role:
As a Sr. Purchasing Planning Specialist , you will be the operational backbone that connects supplier execution to end-to-end supply chain continuity. In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will take full ownership of purchase order management, supplier commitments, and material availability to keep manufacturing and fulfillment running smoothly.
Responsabilities
Support supplier communication and order management
Process purchase requests, managing vendor information, and supporting the procurement process from start to finish.
Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, planning, and operations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain
Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency projects
PO management,



PO cover L/T forecast, and purchase order problems across the material team
Daily shortage and supplier commitment management
Interlock with end-to-end supply chain team for escalation order, expedite or reschedule urgent shipment for critical material co-working with supplier
Shipment tracking along with logistics and import & export team from the supplier Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years og experience in Supply Chain.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior knowledge or coursework related to Supply Chain Management is desirable
Advanced English is a must
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data
Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player
Effectively manage systems (EDI (B2B)/S4/POCM/internal tools)
Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
Supplier relationship management and negotiation skills
