Work Model This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Key Responsibilities The role will work closely with the Mexican Plant Accounting and Finance team members along with operational leadership. You will perform complex accounting activities including the consolidation and analysis of general ledger activity and financial reports; sometimes preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations of multiple businesses. You will coach and assist in training of less experienced employees.
Essential Responsibilities Supervises and provides overall guidance to a group of Accounting Analysts
Leads the preparation and reporting of the financial statements for multiple entities, many of which may support the Regal Rexnord maquiladoras structure. This primarily includes reviewing of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
This role includes significant coordination with the Mexico Accounting teams, the Tax and Treasury team, and auditors.
Assists team with other month-end close responsibilities related to preparation and review of certain balance sheet and income statement accounts, including reconciliation of the goods received not invoiced (GRNI) subledger.
Preparation of various month-end close journal entries and reconciliations.
Serves as the lead team member for inter-company balancing and works to identify and reconcile inter-company balances with global partners.
Provides support for OneStream and financial consolidation activities as needed.
Oracle and SAP administrative duties
Performs tasks in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)



as well as corporate accounting standards/policies.
Drives continued review and enhancement of SOPs.
Professional Experience / Qualifications Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Master’s Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred
CPA preferred
5+ years of relevant and progressive accounting experience
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong understanding and practical working knowledge of US GAAP
Strong leadership, team building and project management skills
Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives, changing direction along the way to achieve business objectives.
Commitment to coaching and mentoring staff to enhance the proficiency, competencies and long‑term development of the team
Motivated by and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with frequent ad hoc requests and changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Curious mindset that proactively seeks understanding and feedback
Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP system, OneStream is a plus.
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Minimum Requirements Education · BS in Accounting or related business field
