Process and record invoices in the ERP system.
Manage PO and non-PO invoices.
Analyze Accounts Payable aging (AP Aging).
Schedule and execute payments.
Follow up with vendors and resolve discrepancies.
Support Accounts Payable month-end closing activities.
Identify and resolve invoice exceptions related to quantity, pricing, receipt discrepancies, and other issues.
Treasury Prepare and monitor daily/weekly cash positions.
Review and reconcile bank transactions.
Execute payments to vendors, payroll, and tax authorities.
Determine cash requirements and schedule payments.
Support the plant’s cash flow forecasting process.
Manage intercompany transactions and other Treasury-related activities.
Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, and/or Treasury.
Experience working in manufacturing companies, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience with an ERP system; PLEX experience is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Experience preparing payment runs and payment proposals.
Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate via email and participate in basic business conversations.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and identify exceptions without requiring constant supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
