07_Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator About the role We are hiring construction estimators and project coordinators to work 100% remotely from Mexico for general contractors and specialty subcontractors in the US.
What you will do Estimating
Perform quantity takeoffs from PDF drawings and specifications.
Build cost estimates using the client's labor rates, material pricing and subcontractor quotes.
Request and compare supplier and subcontractor bids; level them for the estimator or owner.
Track bid invitations and deadlines; prepare bid packages and proposals.
Project coordination
Prepare and track submittals, RFIs and change orders.
Keep the project schedule, meeting minutes and document log current.
Coordinate material orders and deliveries with suppliers.
Support pay applications and lien waivers with the accounting team.
What you bring Must have
Degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction management (Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura).
3+ years in estimating (cuantificación y presupuestos) or project coordination.
Comfortable reading architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2+), especially written, for RFIs and supplier emails.
Advanced Excel.
Nice to have
Takeoff and estimating software: Bluebeam,



PlanSwift, On Center, STACK or ProEst.
Project management software: Procore, Buildertrend or similar.
Experience with U.S. projects, imperial units and CSI MasterFormat divisions.
Specialty trade experience: concrete, framing, drywall, mechanical or electrical.

AI Screening – Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator Must Have:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
3+ years of experience in construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, or project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
Hands-on experience with quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, materials, and labor calculations.
Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, project schedules, and documentation.
Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2+), especially written communication.
Advanced Excel skills.
Estimating software: Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On Center, STACK, or ProEst.
Project management tools: Procore, Buildertrend, or similar.
Experience with U.S. construction projects, imperial units, and CSI MasterFormat.
