Manager, MX Operations - Guadalajara, Jalisco
Are you an experienced logistics leader with a strong background in Intra-US LTL transportation and team management? We're looking for a driven professional to lead a team of planners, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement within our fast-paced logistics environment.
What You'll Do:
As the Manager, MX Operations, you will lead a team of planners while ensuring service execution, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key liaison between operations, leadership, customers, and carriers to resolve issues, improve performance, and maintain accountability across the team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of planners to achieve operational and reporting goals.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational reports and documentation.
Investigate and resolve escalations from customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and the operations team.
Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement corrective action plans to drive performance.
Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up on operational issues through resolution.
Hold team members accountable for service, quality, and compliance standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement,



ownership, and teamwork. What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing or supporting Intra-US LTL operations is required.
Strong knowledge of: LTL (Less Than Truckload) transportation
Service recovery
Routing and shipment execution within the U. S. market 3+ years of experience in Management
2+ years of Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage experience
English fluency (written and verbal).
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make operational decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Previous leadership or people management experience.
Experience within freight brokerage, 3 PL, transportation, or logistics operations.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics.
